Verizon Mobile Protect is a comprehensive device protection plan that covers unlimited claims, cracked screen repairs at no extra cost, and same-day device replacement & setup through Pro On the Go. It also includes 24/7 tech support and additional digital security features.

• You’re eligible for Verizon Mobile Protect if you enroll within 30 days of one of these events:

  • Activating a new device on a new or existing line.

  • Bringing your own device (BYOD) and activating it on a new line, as long as the device:

    • Is fully functional, with no damage or defects (including no cracked screens).

    • Has not been reported lost or stolen.

  To qualify for Verizon Mobile Protect Multi-Device, you must meet the eligibility for Verizon Mobile Protect above and have between 2 to 20 lines with eligible devices on your account.

  You can verify your eligibility anytime in My Verizon. If Device Protection appears under the Get Products tab, you’re good to go.

  If you’re bringing your own device, you can also check its compatibility before activating a new line of service.

• • Verizon Mobile Protect covers one specific device tied to a single enrolled line.
  • Verizon Mobile Protect Multi-Device offers flexible protection for accounts with 2 to 20 lines, covering multiple eligible devices under one plan.

  Here’s how Multi-Device coverage works:

  • Multi-Device 2: For accounts with 2 eligible lines, you can register 2 devices.
  • Multi-Device 3: For accounts with 3 eligible lines, you can register 3 devices.
  • Multi-Device 4–20: For accounts with 4 to 20 eligible lines, you can register 3 devices, and you have the option to add Additional Coverage for up to 3 more devices.

  Bonus: If a registered line goes 12 months without a claim, registration automatically resets, letting you add a new device if needed.

  Also, your Multi-Device plan will adjust automatically if the number of lines on your account changes.

  To file a claim, you’ll need to provide details about your device and the type of damage. Please note that claim approval is based on eligibility and availability.

If your front screen or back glass is cracked, you can get it repaired at no extra cost. However, the device must be eligible at the time of claim approval, and repairs are subject to parts and technician availability.

Important: If the damage extends beyond the front/back glass (e.g., internal components), a $99 deductible may apply.
