It provides repair, replacement, and expert support for eligible home entertainment, smart home, and home office devices, helping customers maintain and optimize their technology.
- Connect & Protect – Free professional setup for 5G Home Internet equipment and eligible home tech (TVs, soundbars, security cameras, thermostats, doorbells) for Verizon Home Internet customers.
- Repair or Replacement – Covered home entertainment, office, wearable, or smart home devices can be repaired or replaced for a $49 or $99 service fee. Terms and exclusions apply.
- Second Residence Coverage – Protect eligible devices at a second home at no extra cost.
- 24/7 Expert Help – Instant access to tech support, device tips, and self-help guides.
