Introduction
Effective October 1, 2024, R Wireless is launching a standardized Referral Program. This program combines the existing referral and customer loyalty programs to encourage new activations through customer referrals. R Wireless customers can refer friends and family who are not current Verizon Wireless customers and earn referral rewards for successful New Phone Line or VHI activations. The goal is to increase customer engagement and growth through personal referrals.
Program Overview
The Referral Program is structured as follows:
- Referral Credit: Both the referrer and referee will receive a $25 Bill Credit for each successful referral Phone or FIOS OR VERIZON HOME internet.
- Eligibility: Customers can receive up to 10 referral credits within 12 months.
- The referring customer must be active for at least 30 days and in good standing.
- New customers must activate a plan of $35/month or higher.
- The new customer must sign an agreement.
- Referral applies to both individuals and small business accounts (up to 10 lines).
- Employees, agents, and family members of R Wireless are not eligible.
Referral Process
- Online Submission: Customers can submit referrals through the dedicated Referral Form on the R Wireless website. Put the link
- Referral Activation: Both the referring customer and the new customer must activate new Phone or FIOS OR VERIZON HOME internet.
- Reward Processing: The referral credit will be processed after the new customer has been active for 30 days.
- Reward Claim: Once validated, the $25 credit will appear on the referrer’s and Referree’s next billing cycle or can be redeemed in-store for purchases of accessories.
Referral Criteria
Referrer
• The referring customer.
• Must be on a calling plan with a monthly access of $35 or higher.
• Must be in good payment standing before the referral credit is issued.
• Limit: 10 referrals per 12-month period per sponsor/referrer.
• Only one referrer per new customer activation is allowed.
Referred Customer
• The new customer who signs up based on the referral.
• Must activate a calling plan with monthly access of $35/month or higher.
• Must remain active through the return period (31 days).
• Multiple line Phone activations receive credit for each referral.
• Activation is subject to vz credit approval.
• Referral requests must be submitted before the new customer reaches their 90th day of service.

• Credits are applied 30 days after the referred customer’s activation.
• The program is available to R Wireless customers or Verizon Wireless customers.
• Employees, agents, and family members of R Wireless are not eligible.
Customer Referral Form
To submit a referral, customers must complete the Referral Form on the R Wireless website. The form requires:
• Referring to customer information (Name, Mobile Number)
• New customer information (Name, Mobile Number, Plan Details)
• Both customers must meet the eligibility requirements.
Compliance and Adherence
Abuse of the Referral Program will result in disciplinary action. Agents and dealers not adhering to the program’s terms and conditions will be terminated from the program.
Guidelines and Benefits for Customers:
- Earn $25 Bill Credit: As a referrer, you will receive a $25 bill credit for each successful referral. Your friend or family member (referee) will also receive a $25 credit upon activating their new plan.
- No Limit on Referrals: You can refer up to 10 new customers within 12 months, allowing you to potentially earn up to $250 in bill credits.
- Quick and Easy: The referral process is simple and can be completed online. Once your referral is confirmed and active for 30 days, the credit will automatically apply to your account.
